A 5-disc recording of an annual concert where AKB48 Group members performed the best 100 songs as voted by the fans. This year’s Request Hour took place on January 21-22 in Tokyo Dome City Hall.

The first four discs contain the whole concert + encores and extra commentary (commentary audio tracks for the main part (not encores) + special segments at the end of each part). The fifth disc is a backstage camera with comments by members.
