Self-produced idol Beni Usakura recently changed her solo artist name to usabeni (until then her nickname), with the digital release of new song “trip”, and here comes a first mini-album under her new name, titled “textures!”. Included is latest single “trip”, as well as a re-recorded version of previous single “Cosmic Dress” (first released last March), plus new songs produced by Emiri Kanou (“lonely pop”), EnnU (“ambivalence,dance”), and Muneyoshi Matsuo (ex-instant cytron) (“Charming?”, with guitar played by Goro Nagase (instant cytron)). Also included is a remix by South Korean trackmaker baehyuni (Bandcamp), of “pureness” (a song from previous mini-album “NEW”).
