This is Hidehiro Akamatsu’s stellar 90s debut album, chock-full of chill 90s citypop beach resort vibes. He initially won a contest sponsored by Roland in the late 80s, then spent his time behind the scenes writing commercial music before this debut. He released another album in the late 90s/early 00s but that’s impossible to find.
